Job Overview


The Senior Store Manager is tasked with ensuring the seamless operation of the store team, as our customers' time is valuable.

This position involves coaching, supervising, and leading the team effectively.


From the bustling morning hours to the busy lunch periods, you will ensure that every customer, whether they are grabbing a fresh sandwich, picking up dinner, or stopping for a late-night snack, receives a warm welcome and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required: 5 to 7 years

Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Certification: Food Safety

Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds

Age Requirement: At least 21 years of age

Your primary duties include but are not limited to:
  1. Recruiting, selecting, and training Team Members;
  2. Overseeing the daily operations of Team Members;
  3. Evaluating Team Members' performance for potential promotions or changes;
  4. Addressing Team Member concerns and complaints;
  5. Implementing disciplinary actions when necessary;
  6. Planning and organizing work schedules;
  7. Assigning tasks to Team Members;
  8. Ensuring the safety and security of both Team Members and the store;
  9. Managing departmental budgets and inventory;
  10. Monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Safety is our utmost priority in all operations, for our Team Members, customers, and products.
Guide the team to achieve outstanding store performance. Hold the team accountable for exceptional product quality, service, and cleanliness.

Maintain high operational standards and support decision-making through coaching and collaborative planning to meet key performance metrics.

Implement merchandising strategies effectively to maximize sales and minimize losses.

Engage actively with the local market and foster relationships within the community.

Communicate and promote the store's vision to Team Members and customers, demonstrating a passion for the quick-service restaurant concept.

Identify business trends and opportunities, managing inventory levels to enhance sales, control costs, and minimize waste.

Allocate resources efficiently, prioritize tasks, and manage labor productivity through effective scheduling.

Assess staffing needs and collaborate on the hiring process, ensuring diversity and inclusion in hiring decisions.

Encourage ongoing professional development for all Team Members through structured talent management processes.

Provide continuous support and coaching to foster a culture of safety, sales, service, and performance excellence.

Utilize recognition to motivate and maintain high performance. Exemplify core values and inspire others through integrity and dedication.

Ensure all Team Members receive appropriate training to perform their roles safely and effectively, with a focus on customer service.

Adhere to established work designs and utilize problem-solving techniques to enhance store performance.

Ensure compliance with all internal and external standards, continuously assessing and addressing any deficiencies.
