Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of professionals in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Proper state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
