Soliant Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team. As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and make a positive impact on the lives of students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs.
- Provide therapy services, including individual and group sessions, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to create and implement intervention strategies.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language goals and objectives.
- Stay current with advances in the field of speech-language pathology and pursue professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligibility for or possession of a Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- TX state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and educational staff.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
