Speech Language Pathologist/Clinical Fellow Position

Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/CFY) to join our team in the Brook, IN area. As a Speech Language Pathologist/Clinical Fellow, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a K-12th grade setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or pending IN state SLP license
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
