Job Summary:

Tradesmen International, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team of qualified craftsmen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, ensuring maximum reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and machinery
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and machinery, and develop solutions to resolve problems
  • Conduct electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance, and perform welding tasks as needed
  • Work on business unit facilities, equipment, tooling, and other related tasks
  • Repair and maintain general building maintenance, HVAC, and plumbing systems

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
  • Tools of the trade and proper PPE must be worn
  • Safety-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
