As a Service Technician, you will engage with a variety of vehicle makes and models, delivering top-notch repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services to our clientele.

Technicians collaborate closely with service advisors, enabling them to inform customers about vehicle maintenance and repair requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership specifications

• Execute repairs on engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and electrical systems

• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements

• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify fault codes and other issues

• Communicate effectively with service representatives and customers to clarify repair processes and provide estimates

• Maintain precise records of repairs and maintenance activities

• Achieve dealership productivity and efficiency targets

• Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies and repair methodologies

• Ensure all repairs are completed within the agreed timeline and budget

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experienced Automotive Technician with a minimum of 2 years in a shop environment

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Capacity to work effectively in a team setting

• Valid Driver's License; all licenses must be converted to the appropriate state license within 30 days of employment

• Clean driving record

• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
