Job Summary

LuxorLink Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People Development team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering innovative talent development solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement holistic talent development strategies that meet business needs.
  • Conduct research on best practices in talent development and make recommendations to improve our programs.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Source and evaluate vendors to provide high-quality talent development solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent development or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence conversations and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
