We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Trusted Doctors, LLC. As a key member of our pediatric office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to patients and visitors
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule patient appointments using our scheduling matrix
  • Perform basic patient care activities, including organizing medical records
  • Collect copayments and patient due balances
  • Scan reports and file into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Collect, enter, and verify demographic and insurance information

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in medical reception or customer service
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) experience desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
