Customer Service Team Lead

AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Customer Service to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients and customers receive exceptional service and care.
Job Summary:The Supervisor, Customer Service will oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring that all calls are answered and resolved in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the customer service team, ensuring that all calls are answered and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce call wait times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to ensure that customer service representatives are equipped to handle complex customer issues.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Two years of customer service management experience required.
- Relevant experience in healthcare administration, finance, insurance, customer service, claims, billing, home health, and/or medical terminology training preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
