About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in human resources, payroll administration, or a related field.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll administration, and change management principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, and/or Oracle compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
