- Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in human resources, payroll administration, or a related field.
- Proven project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll administration, and change management principles.
- Working knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, and/or Oracle compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
