Job Summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled Patient Navigator to join our team in El Paso, TX. As a Patient Navigator, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide genetics education to high-risk patients
  • Register and schedule follow-up appointments for genetic testing
  • Collect specimens for genetic testing
  • Liaise between patients, radiologists, pathologists, and referring physicians
  • Verify insurance and obtain authorization
  • Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Distribute positive genetic test results to referring physicians

Requirements:

  • 1 year of certified medical assistant experience in imaging highly preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
