Position Summary:
The role of the Automotive Retail Assistant Manager is a full-time, hourly position that plays a crucial part in our operations. As a key holder, you will assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or as needed during peak times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the automotive retail service center to ensure we meet and exceed service standards.
- Schedule customer appointments effectively to optimize technician efficiency and ensure timely service completion.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by effectively communicating and recommending tire and service products.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in areas of sales and service, fostering strong guest relationships for enhanced satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support technicians in explaining repair and service needs to customers.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to meet Monro's high standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including the oversight of tire and parts handling.
- Provide guidance to technicians and assist with service and repair tasks as needed.
- Organize the workflow to ensure optimal use of technician skills for efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and governmental regulations.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of retail experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.
- ASE certification and State Inspection License preferred where applicable.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and customers.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
