Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers promptly and courteously, gathering vehicle information when feasible.
- Support the Service Advisor in assisting customers while ensuring organization in the service area.
- Safely relocate customer vehicles from the service drive to the workshop following established protocols.
- Secure keys in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Foster effective working relationships with colleagues and departments within the dealership.
- Adhere to dealership-specific procedures for delivering vehicles to customers, enhancing return visits and customer satisfaction.
- Assist fellow team members in completing tasks to ensure the dealership operates smoothly.
- Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Preferred experience in operating manual transmission vehicles.
- Must be at least eighteen years old.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug tests.
