Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Innovize. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Your primary focus will be on driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, develop and validate test methods, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from new product development to process improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and documenting process risk assessments, quality plans, and control plans, as well as providing technical expertise to support the development and implementation of quality systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality plans and control plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and validate test methods to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
  • Provide technical expertise to support the development and implementation of quality systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
