About the Role

Pacific Clinics is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Housing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housing services program, you will play a vital role in providing client advocacy, case management, and benefit establishment services to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct screening interviews and complete intake documentation to ensure seamless program participation.
  • Provide onsite case management services, including independent living skills, cooking groups, and social events, to support clients in reaching their case plan and treatment plan goals.
  • Collaborate with local governmental departments to secure client benefits and necessary documentation.
  • Collect and track client rental payments and submit required documentation to the housing department.
  • Coordinate program social events, food bank pickups, and ongoing donations to foster a sense of community among clients.
Requirements
  • An Associate's degree in a mental health-related field and/or one year of related experience with case management services, housing, homeless, and mentally ill populations.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to relate to a culturally diverse clientele and staff.
  • A bilingual skill in the appropriate language for the Clinics' clients is highly preferred.
  • Must demonstrate ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and possess strong community outreach skills.
