At Spurwink, we're seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team in our day treatment program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with certified Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Professionals to provide evidence-based training, supervision, and direct instruction to our client population.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing FBA's for the kids in our child residential program.
  • Daily collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to meet the child's treatment goals.
  • Helping to facilitate and provide supervision for our staff in RBT training.
Requirements:

A Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education or a related field and certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). One year experience in providing behavioral services to individuals with developmental and/or emotional disabilities and experience providing technical assistance and training to care providers and/or families. Must maintain required licensing and certification throughout the duration of employment with Spurwink in this role.
