Primary Duties:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring that various technical disciplines such as civil engineering, electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC are executed according to project specifications.
  • Guarantee compliance with all contractual obligations, building regulations, and inspection protocols.
  • Assess and validate submissions from subcontractors and vendors to ensure project integrity.
  • Collaborate with the project team to create and maintain project timelines.
  • Track project developments, including labor hours, material usage, and safety measures to avoid delays.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in public sector construction projects.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Competence in utilizing software and technology for project scheduling.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide labor teams and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of USACE quality and safety standards is crucial.
