About the Role

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a seasoned Distribution Sales Manager to lead our indirect channel sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with top-tier distributors, ensuring they are aggressively promoting and selling TP-Link products.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies to maximize channel sales growth, including targeted promotions, new product launches, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to ensure alignment and support for channel sales initiatives.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitive Activity, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the networking industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with managing distributors such as Wesco, Anixter, or AlarMax is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation, with the ability to travel as needed.
