Job Title: LMS Administrator/Instructional Technology Specialist

Highland Educational Services is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator/Instructional Technology Specialist to enhance learning outcomes by managing academic technology systems, particularly the Learning Management System (LMS) and Video Management System (VMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the college's LMS and VMS systems, ensuring accessibility, configuration, and system reliability.
  • Provide technical support for all users, including faculty and staff.
  • Plan and implement LMS software upgrades, coordinating user changes and new features with Center for Teaching and Learning Services staff.
  • Research and integrate new tools to improve the teaching and learning experience.
  • Develop user training and guides to improve usage of instructional technology.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in LMS and VMS administration, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional technology, learning theories, and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
