Regional Facilities Manager


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee projected timelines, equipment, and resources to fulfill projects within budgetary constraints.
  • Guarantee the timely execution of designated projects.
  • Evaluate the work conducted by property management personnel and external vendors to assess the effectiveness of established policies and procedures, and formulate corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Oversee and preserve company assets in alignment with business expectations and reporting obligations.
  • Maintain efficient and prompt communication with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide guidance or assistance in additional areas as requested or required.
  • Collaborate with site personnel, contractors, and management to ensure operational and maintenance processes and company safety protocols are adhered to, ensuring the proper utilization of safety equipment.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in SFG, moisture control, remediation, and basic mold management operational procedures.
  • 7-10 years of experience in senior maintenance supervision or facility management roles; strong leadership capabilities are essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, relationship management, and problem-solving skills; proven ability to gain credibility and influence key stakeholders.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities; capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, manage various deadlines, and track deliverables in a dynamic environment.
  • High-energy team player who is a self-starter and can work proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ethics and integrity.
