Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Facility Supervisor to join our team at Diamond Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Manage and maintain the cleanliness and safety of our parking facilities
  • Supervise and train employees to ensure they are meeting our high standards
  • Assist with hiring, supervising, and terminating employees as needed
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure revenue collection procedures are being followed
  • Work with management to process accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage expenses and cash flow to minimize losses
  • Nurture client relationships and actively market for growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two to three years of related experience or training preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and correspondence
  • Basic math skills and ability to apply common sense
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid state driver's license and proof of insurance
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The work environment noise level is usually moderate and occasionally loud.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and/or running for extended periods, as well as lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
