About the Role

The Account Executive will partner with all members of the account team and act as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and team members.

The ideal candidate will build client trust and effectively manage junior to mid-level relationships, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to proactively manage a range of tasks with increasing independence and sound judgment.

The Account Executive will be an expert in the client's business, with a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and an understanding of data/business results and their impact.

The successful candidate will be a champion of the creative work that we do and have an unshakable 'can do' attitude.

Key Responsibilities
    • Establish and build relationships internally and with junior & mid-level clients
    • Work with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing great work
    • Have a basic understanding of staffing and scoping requirements and the ability to recognize scope changes and elevate to senior team members as needed
    • Manage multiple small projects and support senior team members on larger projects
    • Assist with project management/workflow system data entry and reporting
    • Complete basic analyses and presentation of business results and competitive landscapes
    • Contribute to the development and presentation of new business pitches/projects as needed
Requirements
    • 2-4 years of industry experience managing 'the making' or delivery of great work
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Developed skills in research and analysis
    • Willingness to take on new challenges and operate autonomously
