We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented individual to become a vital part of our engineering team at Jobot. As a Control Systems Automation Specialist, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and optimization of automated systems that enhance operational performance and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement innovative automation solutions to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
2. Diagnose and repair electrical control panels and automated systems to ensure peak performance.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess process requirements and devise effective automation strategies.
4. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations for all automated systems and control methodologies.
5. Document all automation systems and control strategies, including specifications, schematics, and operational guides.
6. Provide training and ongoing technical support to operational personnel regarding automated systems.
7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in automation technology and control engineering practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in automation controls engineering, particularly with electrical control panels.
- Proficient in programming and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, machine automation, and process control.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex automation challenges.
- Strong communication abilities to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations in automation controls.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
