As a Clinical Equipment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the effective upkeep and enhancement of the Quanta Dialysis System machinery, ensuring optimal performance both at our headquarters and in external settings.
Quanta Dialysis Technologies is dedicated to revolutionizing dialysis accessibility for every patient, regardless of their environment, through our state-of-the-art QD system. Our compact, user-friendly design, along with its proven efficacy, positions the QDS as a leading solution for delivering exceptional clinical results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct, upgrade, rework, and maintain clinical and developmental machines.
- Perform tasks in accordance with technical specifications, Quality Management Systems (QMS) protocols, and safety regulations.
- Conduct machine testing and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure comprehensive and precise quality documentation, including machine configurations and logs of modifications, maintenance, and repairs throughout the equipment's lifecycle.
- Assist external manufacturing partners in enhancing their capabilities to build, test, troubleshoot, and repair machines.
- Maintain proper segregation of clinical and non-clinical inventory, equipment, and material identification, including non-conforming items.
Machine Diagnostics:
- Perform fault-finding and diagnostic evaluations.
- Identify and report any observed or suspected issues.
- Support root cause analysis efforts.
- Assist in the triaging and resolution process for identified problems.
- Help define and execute tests for machines and subsystems, including functional, performance, and safety assessments.
Field Support for Clinical Applications:
- Facilitate the deployment of machines for clinical applications.
- Assist in resolving issues reported by users.
Machine Management and Infrastructure:
- Implement ESD controls and uphold best practices in the workshop environment.
