Job Summary

Avance Consulting is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of power systems and control systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on power distribution unit design and electrical control system design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop power distribution units and electrical control systems for industrial applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level design execution and quality control
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, layouts, and test plans
  • Work with engineers to debug and resolve issues, and provide technical guidance on power system design projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, including IEC, CE, NEC, NFPA, and IPC-WHMA-620
Requirements
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in electrical control system design and power distribution unit design and development
  • Strong understanding of electrical control system design specifications and requirements
  • Ability to drive system-level design execution independently and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Familiarity with SEMI domain knowledge and experience with PLC and HMI programming
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SW electrical and E-CAD tools and PLM/PDM tools
  • Experience with module-level design, component selection, and cable harness design
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including IEC, CE, NEC, NFPA, and IPC-WHMA-620
