Supply Chain Manager

Microline Surgical Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee the management of inventory availability, item setup, forecasting, and product phase-in/out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accurate item information in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Participate in production planning meetings to ensure seamless inventory management
  • Analyze and manage the cycle count program to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Develop sales forecasts and input accurate information into the ERP system to inform business decisions
  • Lead supply chain projects to drive process improvements and efficiency
  • Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing structures to support production planning
  • Manage inventory control processes and suggest improvements to optimize inventory levels
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP data management and inventory control
  • Experience with Kanbans and phase in/out activities to drive inventory efficiency
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices and supply chain management principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive project success
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • APICS Certification is a plus
