Board Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Board Liaison to manage all aspects of board operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of board initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all board logistics, including meetings, mailings, event invitations, and other communications.
  • Onboard new board members and facilitate their engagement through strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for board members, executive committee members, and all board-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Director, leadership team, and development department to ensure effective board communication and planning.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding board and executive committee matters.
  • Provide administrative and strategic support for all board activities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in board management, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
