**Customer Experience Analyst**

The Customer Experience Analyst plays a vital role within the Customer Experience team at Thomson Reuters Canada Limited. This position is essential for developing and delivering insights that will enhance initiatives across the organization. The analysis conducted will be crucial for timely decision-making and ensuring projects progress efficiently. Additionally, this role involves presenting the insights derived from data to stakeholders, partners, and various teams within the company. The Customer Experience Analyst, O&T will collaborate closely with our functions and engage with the broader analytics group to promote the overall vision of the Customer Experience team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a passion for working with both quantitative and qualitative data, and a talent for interpreting data to convey compelling narratives.

**About the Role**

In this position as the Customer Experience Analyst, you will:

  • Analyze customer feedback in conjunction with operational data to uncover trends and insights related to customer experiences within operations and technology.
  • Support customer experience initiatives within Operations and Technology by performing data analysis, pinpointing pain points, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences.

You are a suitable candidate for the Customer Experience Analyst role if you possess:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • A natural empathy and a strong desire to enhance customer experiences.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience in developing sampling methodologies and segmentation strategies.
  • A background in working with both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Familiarity with relationship and transactional survey methods.
  • A willingness to collaborate with global teams to drive organizational change aimed at improving customer experience.
