Job Title: UX Researcher

Job Summary:
Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a UX Researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for gathering insights about user needs and behaviors through various qualitative and quantitative methods. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to inform and validate design decisions. Your findings will contribute directly to improving the usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction of our products.

Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to gather insights about user needs and behaviors
Develop and implement research plans to inform design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate research findings
Analyze and present research data to stakeholders

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in UX research
Proficiency with research tools and methods, both qualitative and quantitative
Portfolio or examples of previous research work is required
