Insurance Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Andrew Radler. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping us grow our local agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
- Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
- Educate prospective customers on different products available to drive revenue
- Provide a positive customer experience and prompt communication
Requirements:
- Active Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driven by metrics to meet/exceed sales goals
