Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Program Director to oversee the coordination and supervision of one to two residential programs that specialize in supporting individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train mental health specialists to ensure the highest level of care and support for individuals with complex needs.
  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Provide on-site supervision and support to direct care staff to ensure the highest level of care and support for individuals with complex needs.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience supervising programs that oversee services for people with behavioral and serious persistent mental health needs.
  • A four-year degree in behavioral science or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.
  • Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.
