Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Maintain tracking systems for the EV Charging, Made Simple program, including help desk tickets, email correspondence, survey requests, and Microsoft flows.
- Pre-Assessment Calls: Conduct pre-assessment calls with community stakeholders and provide update and findings memos to regional advisors.
- Partner Development: Develop and maintain relationships with EV charging partners.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare presentations for pre-assessment phases, proposals, and memos for energy advisors.
- Client Support: Assist advisors with manager and board member follow-ups as needed.
- Financial Management: Work with the accounting team to ensure projects are billed and fees are collected promptly.
- Board Meetings: Attend board meetings as requested by energy advisors.
- Reporting: Provide sales reports on a monthly basis to the leadership team.
- Client Liaison: Collaborate and act as liaison between clients and properties to understand customer needs and add value.
- Research and Development: Conduct research and inform internal teams on EV charging incentive programs and tax rebates as they become available.
- Training and Development: Work with the marketing team to ensure materials are updated and the latest statistics are provided.
- Program Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, develop improvement plans based on customer feedback, and make recommendations as necessary.
- Professional Conduct: Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
- Meetings and Work Groups: Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified knowledge of new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
- Company Policies: Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
- Special Projects: Perform any range of special projects, tasks, and other related duties as assigned.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in business, sustainability, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of office work experience, preferably in a sales or project coordination role.
- Skills: Excellent organization, planning, motivation, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking, complex problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making ability. Excellent customer service skills and strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels and Board of Directors. Excellent presentation skills, analytical skills, and proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure. Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information. Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently, be self-driven, and have the ability to plan and prioritize business opportunities. Ability to apply a comprehensive knowledge of a particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments. Ability to prepare cost savings analysis. Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements. Positive, accountable, and quick learner. Experience with third-party software's preferred; EPA Portfolio Manager, EnergyCap, Avid Suite, Monday's.com, and ClickUp. Experience in working with utility bill data preferred.
As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits, including your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, legal, and identity theft. You will also be eligible for company-paid life insurance, long-term disability, and benefits from our employee assistance program. In addition, you will be eligible for paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
