Mortgage Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Sales Assistant to join our team at Treadstone Funding. As a key member of our loan origination team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Loan Officers in generating leads and maintaining a tracking database for the team.
  • Qualify borrowers, take applications, and work with Processors to track down outstanding conditions and communicate updates throughout the process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, realtors, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Loan Officer and Processing team to ensure seamless loan processing.
  • Make credit decisions and issue pre-approvals or game plans once supporting documents are received.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for borrowers, real estate agents, and processors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • NMLS license (company will provide support in obtaining license, if not already licensed)
