Overview

At Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Loan Officers from application to closing. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless loan processing, and maintaining a positive work environment.



Key responsibilities include managing clerical tasks, maintaining document mailing and conversation logs, and performing various PTF functions. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.



Responsibilities
  • Manage all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings, including document preparation, filing, and tracking.
  • Assign loan files and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform a variety of PTF functions, including VOE, VOM, and VOD.
  • Provide support for document drawing and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Minimum one to two years of experience in operations and loan document preparation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Technologically proficient with a strong understanding of loan processing software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
