Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at Friend Family Health Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. This position requires a high level of initiative, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls and take appropriate action as needed.

• Utilize a wide variety of computer systems, including Centricity, to manage patient appointments and data entry.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the call center database.

• Resolve patient appointment challenges by clarifying issues, researching solutions, and implementing effective resolutions.

• Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience working in a high-volume customer support center, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Ability to type 35 wpm and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle a wide variety of calls with tact, courtesy, and discretion.

• Experience with Centricity and other computer systems is preferred.

Work Environment
