We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Supervisor to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a Clinical Support Supervisor, you will provide clinical support supervision to Recovery Specialists to enhance their professional goals and services to the individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer individual and group supervision to Recovery Specialists, adhering to guidelines set forth by NAADAC and state entities.
- Understand and practice Peer Supervision Competencies related to Recovery-Oriented Philosophy, Providing Education & Training, Facilitating Quality Supervision, and Performing Administrative Duties.
- Be available or name an alternate Supervisor for support and maintain Supervision Agreements with Peer Support Specialists.
- Communicate with operational leadership regarding performance and concerns, and maintain up-to-date supervision files.
- At least one of the following licenses: LCADC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or Advanced Practice Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to complete the NJPN Peer Supervision Training within 6 months of hire date.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development/training, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
