Assistant Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Clinic Director to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Clinic Director in overseeing the performance and operations of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Clinic Director in monitoring and managing clinic office schedules
- Assist with clinical quality assurance, as needed, including monitoring weekly performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Provide timely responses to concerns raised by clients, clinicians, or external stakeholders
- Maintain an agreed-upon clinical client caseload
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Master's Degree or higher in a mental health, social work, or related discipline
- Independently licensed with one of the following credentials approved by the NJ-related board (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Approved supervisor in NJ preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
