Job Summary

O'neal Manufacturing Services is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor receiving reports to ensure accuracy and condition of materials
  • Take physical inventory assessments and update the inventory management system
  • Interact with corporate office and site regarding transportation, purchasing, and inventory control
  • Prepare inventory management reports for leadership and sales staff
  • Manage customer-specific inventories and track stock levels
  • Perform daily inventory cycle counts and make quantity adjustments as needed
  • Review receiving and inventory-related variances
  • May review job travelers for accuracy and manage reorder of depleted stock items
  • May assist sales in locating material required for orders and work with vendors to expedite material
