Sales Account Executive

We are a rapidly growing company looking for a skilled Recruiting Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential opportunities and developing client relationships through research, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven to succeed and has a passion for building relationships with clients. You will be working closely with our Business Unit Manager to develop and execute a marketing plan to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial staffing agreements and partnership programs. A Bachelor's degree or comparable experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential opportunities and develop client relationships through research, referrals, networking, and cold calling
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships
- Negotiate mutually beneficial staffing agreements and partnership programs
- Assist in screening qualified applicants against the job description over the phone or through face-to-face meetings
- Present qualified and screened candidates to the hiring managers with summary of qualifications
