Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Lighthouse Lab Services. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving lead generation, enhancing our online presence, and boosting brand awareness through strategic digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
* Create and manage impactful Paid Digital Advertising campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with additional focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring optimization and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Drive the company's SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and generate organic leads.
* Collect and analyze search engine and web traffic data to gain insights into customer behavior, campaign performance, and ROI, utilizing this information to inform marketing strategies.
* Optimize analytics tools to track website visitor behavior effectively.
* Craft cutting-edge digital marketing strategies tailored for the B2B healthcare sector, executing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest developments, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.
* Support the maintenance and improvements of our WordPress website, ensuring it is user-friendly and search engine optimized.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience, including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and website management.
* Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Data Analytics is required.
* Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and website management.
* Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
* Strong analytical skills to drive marketing decisions based on data insights.
* Familiarity with web development principles and experience with SEO tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, WordPress, Canva).
* Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and senior management.
* Adaptability to keep pace with fast-changing digital marketing trends and technologies.
* Creative proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
* Exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
What We Offer:
* Salary range of $60,000 - $65,000
