Full Stack Developer

Ardmore Home Design is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation, you will design, develop, and optimize applications that enhance and automate key business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and performance-driven software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess needs, propose solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Utilize Snowflake and MS SQL databases for design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Refactor and optimize existing code bases to improve simplicity, efficiency, and performance.
- Drive improvements in software engineering practices to ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant development experience or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET development (C#, Web Forms) using Visual Studio, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML, and Web Services.
- Experience with Snowflake as a data platform, including data warehouse architecture, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Strong proficiency with MS SQL including database design, query optimization, normalization, and performance improvements.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box.

· Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
· Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.
