POSITION SUMMARY:

As a vital member of our retail team, you will contribute to a fashion-forward environment that empowers women to feel their best.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role encompasses a variety of tasks that facilitate the smooth operation of our retail space, including handling transactions, managing merchandise, processing stock, and maintaining an organized stockroom.


KEY FUNCTIONS:
  • Efficiently processes merchandise, ensuring items are stored, labeled, and easily accessible for restocking on the sales floor, while optimizing space utilization.
  • Guarantees timely merchandising and presentation of new products.
  • Accurately enters receiving documents into the inventory system and reconciles invoices with received items.
  • Ensures timely processing of visual materials, props, and signage, while maintaining stockroom organization.
  • Participates in pricing adjustments and markdowns as needed.
  • Communicates supply needs for cash handling to management.
  • Assists in visual merchandising tasks, including floor setups and signage placement.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization within the boutique.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT:
  • Exemplifies and promotes exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Facilitates a quick and efficient checkout process, staying informed on payment policies, returns, and security practices.
  • Encourages additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
  • Enrolls customers in loyalty programs.

COLLABORATION AND DEVELOPMENT:
  • Fosters a team-oriented environment, encouraging collaborative problem-solving.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to technology utilized by the company.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Capable of working efficiently within tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Regular attendance is crucial for meeting operational needs, with flexibility for various shifts.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing activities during the shift.
