Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at LifeLearn Animal Health. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Welcome customers, answer their questions, help them locate items, and provide advice or recommendations.
- Transaction Processing: Operate scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Cash Handling: Balance the cash register, generate reports for credit and debit sales, and provide receipts to customers.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Process refunds and exchanges, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash wrap area and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Customer service or cashier experience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly, high level of energy with strong customer service skills, basic math and computer skills, and ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment.
