Job Overview

At Spick & Span, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling our products or services to new and existing clients.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales role.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client meetings and sales calls.
