The ideal candidate will also support the adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and adherence to Data Manager Policies to maintain high data quality and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to CMDB, Discovery, integrations, and Service Graph Connectors.
  • Work with technical teams to design and document solutions that address business needs, including CMDB enhancements, Discovery processes, and integration requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams, providing clear and concise documentation, reports, and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a job-related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of job-related experience required, with prior IT project management experience in planning and implementing enterprise-level systems highly preferred.
  • Experience in CMDB/ITOM area required.
