Senior Business Solutions Analyst

Acentra Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with our business units to identify problems and system gaps, gather and analyze information, and design solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage requirements, including elicitation, user story creation, customer sign-off, and design documentation delivery.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and business owners to create delivery plans for business requirements and implementations.
- Serve as the liaison between the product and the project team.
- Present technical solutions to the business units, lead client demos and presentations, and facilitate JAD sessions.
- Act as the requirements subject matter expert, assist developers and QA analysts during the development phase.
- Support deployment activities, such as release notes, UAT, training, and configuration.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology and market developments, including federal regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of experience as a business analyst in a software development environment.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
- Proven ability to gather clear business requirements, understand and create workflows, document detailed solutions.
- Experience working with data integration projects, analyzing and understanding data, and creating data mapping specifications.
- Healthcare experience in areas such as case management, utilization management, PASRR, waiver management is preferred.
- Experience documenting APIs.
- Experience testing software applications.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum processes.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other collaboration tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, and ability to convey business problems to ITS/development team.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations is preferred.

CompensationThe pay range for this position is $85,900-$143,000 a year.
Based on our compensation program, an applicant's position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
