Coffee Sales Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Sales Advisor to join our team at ActionLink. As a Coffee Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting Nespresso products to customers in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit a passion for coffee and the Nespresso brand
  • Provide customers with a comprehensive Nespresso experience, including coffee tastings and machine demonstrations
  • Increase product sales and machine registrations through effective demos and product knowledge
  • Train store associates to communicate Nespresso information with confidence
  • Operate the Nespresso Trade mobile app to register machine purchases and coffee orders
  • Maintain a clean and functional demo area
  • Establish positive relationships with store leaders and associates
  • Participate in required training sessions and team conference calls
  • Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift
Requirements:
  • Retail, sales, or training experience
  • Enthusiasm for coffee-related beverages
  • Previous food demonstration experience a plus
  • Engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
Physical Requirements:
  • Must adhere to professional appearance standards
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance
  • Access to a personal smartphone with data plan to use during scheduled work shifts
  • Access to a Wi-Fi enabled personal tablet or laptop to use during scheduled work shifts
  • Access to reliable transportation

  • The Wage Range for this position is $23.00 per hour Commensurate with Experience
