Key Responsibilities- Manage a book of business with a focus on education and non-profit clients, generating revenue of $1M or more.
- Process renewals, new business, cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Delegate tasks to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Invoice policies, audits, endorsements, and cancellations, maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor certificate issuance and create certificate guidelines forms.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive renewal list, marketing renewal policies to clients.
- Negotiate coverages and premiums with carriers, providing competitive proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with producers, accounting, and clients to reconcile client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Responsible for account rounding, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the P&C brokerage industry.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- CISR/CIC designation or other advanced designation preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated comfort with renewal cycles and processes.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Personal responsibility and accountability for assigned book of business.
- Ability to build and grow professional relationships with clients.
