Senior Account Executive, Commercial

Position Overview:
Role Summary:
- Formulate and execute effective sales and retention initiatives for primary accounts
- Partner with both internal teams and external partners to implement account plans
- Stay informed about industry trends and client feedback to guide strategic decisions
- Exhibit leadership and empathy in addressing challenges
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
- Independently manage tasks and assist with business-specific initiatives
- Ensure a favorable customer experience while adhering to market turnaround standards
- Show dedication to achieving sales and retention objectives
- Aid in the execution of sales strategies and contract renewals
- At least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Customer Analytics, Sales Strategy, and related areas
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in group health care benefits sales
