Position Overview:

Role Summary:

  • Formulate and execute effective sales and retention initiatives for primary accounts
  • Partner with both internal teams and external partners to implement account plans
  • Stay informed about industry trends and client feedback to guide strategic decisions
  • Exhibit leadership and empathy in addressing challenges
Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Independently manage tasks and assist with business-specific initiatives
  • Ensure a favorable customer experience while adhering to market turnaround standards
  • Show dedication to achieving sales and retention objectives
  • Aid in the execution of sales strategies and contract renewals
Required Qualifications:

  • At least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline
Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Customer Analytics, Sales Strategy, and related areas
Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in group health care benefits sales
