About the Role
The Utility Payment Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for processing utility payments, starting new services, and providing information to customers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process utility payments over the phone and online
- Start new services for residential and commercial accounts
- Provide information to customers about utility services
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
